Presidential Service

This package saves a minimum of $600 over our individual pricing (based on a 15 week season with 1 winter visits.) New customers who sign up before April 1st save $100 and any clients who pays in full by check will save 5% of the total season cost)
Our most complete level of service, this includes our Spring Opening 2 and Fall Winterization 2, 15 weekly cleaning visits, and all chemicals required to keep the pool water balanced during the summer season. In addition we will provide 1 Winter Inspection of your pool facility for free, and any additional Winter Inspections beyond that at a 50% discount. This turnkey service will keep your pool clean, clear, and blue, leaving you free to enjoy it all season long.
Vice Presidential Service

Our intermediate level of service, this package is a collaborative approach with the pool owner through the sharing of cleaning responsibilities, while Potomac will completely maintain the water chemistry. All pools require chemical monitoring or adjustment and basic cleaning at least once per week. The VP service ensures that a professional is maintaining water chemistry on a weekly basis while cleaning the pool, skimmers, automatic cleaner and filter system on a bi-weekly basis.
The VP service includes our Spring Opening 2 and Fall Winterization (Upgrade to a Winterization 2 with 1/2 hour of vacuuming, for an additional $140), 8 weekly cleaning visits, and 7 chemical treatment/backwashing-only visits. We will provide the chemicals normally required to keep the pool water balanced during the summer season. In addition we can provide 1 Winter Inspection at a 50% discount, upon request. This service will keep your pool water treated on a consistent basis, and give your filter consistent attention as well.
*It is important to note that the pool owner will need to clean the skimmers, vacuum the pool, and clean the auto-cleaner bag (if applicable) on a bi-weekly basis during our chemical-only visits.
Judicial Bi-weekly Service

Our introductory level of service, this package is a collaborative approach with the pool owner through the sharing of cleaning and chemical maintenance responsibilities. All pools require chemical monitoring or adjustment and basic cleaning at least once per week. The Judicial service ensures that a professional is working to help keep the pool clean, clear, and blue on one week, while the owners check, clean, and maintain, their pool on the other week. This will effectively cut a client’s workload in half, at least. Judicial service includes our Spring Opening 2 and Fall Winterization, and 8 bi-weekly cleaning visits. We will supply and apply chemicals required for the week of our service. In addition we will provide 1 Winter Inspection of your pool facility at a 50% discount, upon request. Upgrade to a Winterization 2 with 1/2 hour of vacuuming, for an additional $140.
*It is important to note that the client will need to clean the skimmers, vacuum the pool, and clean the auto-cleaner bag (if applicable), and maintain proper water chemistry on a bi-weekly basis throughout the summer.
CongressionaL Service
$1,340
This includes our Spring Opening 2 and Fall Winterization. In addition we will provide one Winter Inspection of your pool facility at a 50% discount, upon request. Upgrade to Congressional +, which includes a Winterization 2 with 1/2 hour of vacuuming, for an additional $140.
Pools typically require multiple vacuum sessions and backwashing to be completely swim ready after opening. At this package level pool owners or tenants will be responsible for that work unless it is additionally contracted through Potomac Pool Service. Pools should be cleaned and chemically balanced prior to closing. Additional vacuuming at Winterization is available if desired. Please let our office know if you would like to sign up for any additional services such as vacuuming, heater cleaning, manual filter cleaning of DE or cartridge filters, or winter cover replacement.
