Shawn Mitchell
Repair Manager
Shawn has grown up in Northern Virginia, and is not only familiar with the area, but is not a stranger to servicing it either. Bringing 9+ years of contracting experience to Potomac, Shawn helped his father run their family contracting company, between his semesters in network administration and security. When not servicing the betterment of NoVA, Shawn can be found relaxing playing friendly poker games, watching football and basketball with friends and family.

Ellery Broga
Repair Manager
Ellery joined the Potomac family the day it was founded in 2003. Ellery is head of training, hiring, and field supervision. She specializes in repair work and social media management. See some of her work here. In her off time, Ellery enjoys competitive color guard, riding her motorcycle, and creating art. She can handle any question or problem you may have!

Avery became a member of the Potomac Family the day it was founded in 2003. Avery enjoys classic rock, classic literature, and traveling. Another potential heir to the business we have watched grow since childhood, he is smart, contentious, hard-working, and here to serve!

Kurt Finkenstaedt
Contract Manager
Kurt is a newly commissioned lieutenant with the US Air Force, having graduated from James Madison University with a degree in history in May of 2023. He is spending his summer, fall, and winter as a maintenance technician and contract manager with Potomac Pool Service before he leaves for his flight school in January 2024. Kurt enjoys traveling, Taylor Swift, and whales. Please wish him well!

Caleb is one of our newest team members, joining us in the summer of 2023. He is a fast learner with a lively spirit and a can-do attitude. Caleb enjoys concerts, competitive color guard, and cooking for his friends. He is an excellent addition to our team!

Brendan joined Potomac in Spring of 2022 and is a valuable asset to our team. He specializes in maintenance and contract management. He is compassionate and quick to rescue animals from pools and roads. Brendan enjoys classic country music, history, and turtles. Brendan is a problem solver and a natural leader, he brings new ideas to the table every day and overcomes challenges quickly!
